Regularly scheduled progress meetings with the owner and design team ensure the project is progressing smoothly and according to the established plan.
Preliminary Cost Estimates
Review the project outline specifications and prepare preliminary cost estimates. Prepare and distribute bid packages. Make recommendations regarding alternatives and substitutions proposed by bidders.
